The beautifully hand-crafted Yaxell Ketu (The Pure and Clean in Japanese) is an excellent example of Japanese high-quality professional knives. These knives achieve long-lasting sharpness thanks to their 3 layered stainless-steel blade with SG2 cutting core, which is heat treated to reach a hardness of 63HRC.

The blade is adorned with an artistic hammered motif and rests on a black beech Pakka Wood handle decorated with a Japanese Samurai family crest and convex Yaxell kanji logo. The exceptional and durable sharpness of the Yaxell Ketu Fusion Knife is a great accompaniment for chefs in the Kitchen or at home.
